Why should I become a member?
Members get a FREE sausage sandwich every time we have a BBQ for the ENTIRE year and invites to our social events.
How much is membership?
Membership for 2008 is $10 for the year, every year you need to renew your membership.
How often are the BBQs?
The W.A.N.G. Club aims to have BBQs every two weeks near the U@MQ building.
How did The W.A.N.G. Club start?
A small group of esteemed students unanimously agreed that the large majority of students join clubs to meet people, discounted sausage sizzles at fundraisers and freebees. However, a lot of clubs require you to attend meetings and do stuff which you may not be so interested in.
So they asked themselves: Why dont we start a club without the hidden agenda and run it for the sole purpose of sausage sizzles and social events!? From such a simple but innovative idea, The W.A.N.G. Club was born.
How can I start The WANG Club at my University?
If youre passionate, entrepreneurial, love WANG and want to start a chapter in your university then email us at wangspantion@wangclub.org and ask about our expansion package.
How do you make money?
We have a very clever and mysterious profit structure which we can explain if you ask us in person or email us at info@wangclub.org. All our executive members are volunteers and basically do it for the fame and glory.
